Happenings in the Area

Oregon

Oregon will be lifting its indoor mask mandate next month. Citing a projected drop in hospitalizations, Oregon health officials announced an end to indoor mask requirements in public places no later than March 31. We're excited for this development.

Corvallis

The winter indoor market is back! Every Saturday from 9am–1pm, the Corvallis Farmers Market at Guerber Hall (Benton County Fairgrounds) offers handcrafted goods, jewelry, and outstanding food selections. Admission is always free.

Albany

Santiam Excursion Trains has a long history in the Mid-Willamette Valley. With a new steam engine, they offer unique excursions for everyone: romantic Valentine's Day trips, Sunday brunch runs, and family-friendly luncheons. A trip worth remembering.

Our newest addition! Recently remodeled, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home is a gem in the Philomath countryside. It's available for short-term rentals but really shines for longer stays. With a large partially fenced backyard, it's great for families or groups of friends.

Construction Time

Your choices keep growing. Purchased just two months ago, this beautiful 1911 home sits in the Historic District of downtown Albany. We're going all out: replacing the plumbing and electrical, and converting it into three separate rental units. One will even have a pool table. Stay tuned for updates.
